Our Team
All consultations and office meetings are with the attorney. However, when you call or visit our office, your first contact will be with one of our three staff members. Each is dedicated to making your experience as pleasant and efficient as possible. With a combined 22 years of legal office experience, Rian, our paralegal; Rebecca, our senior legal assistant; and Lynn, our legal assistant, will ensure that every aspect of your case is handled efficiently and professionally. Please keep in mind that the support staff cannot give you legal advice.
Rebecca, Senior Legal Assistant
Rebecca oversees ensuring that your filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy case is in a posture to be approved for confirmation by the judge. In other words, once your Chapter 13 case is filed, Rebecca reviews all aspects of your case to ensure that we have all the information necessary to meet the Court and Trustee requirements. Rian, Paralegal & Office Manager
Our paralegal, Rian, manages the office and post-confirmation aspects of Chapter 13 bankruptcies. She began working with Tom in 1998 when he became a sole practitioner. She oversees new employee training and can answer most of your general questions re all cases and office procedures.
